We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at a bustling leisure facility. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and possesses the skills to lead a team in a high-volume environment.
Day-to-day of the role:- Connect with our guests using your excellent interpersonal skills to ensure a memorable experience.
- Inspire and lead your team with strong leadership abilities, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Confidently handle complex dietary and allergen requirements, ensuring all guest needs are met with precision.
- Maintain and uphold excellent food safety standards and procedures to ensure compliance and guest safety.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a catering supervisory role
- Level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety.
- Experience working with young people and supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary of £29,300 per annum.
