My client has an exciting new opportunity within their Product Development team for a Specifications Technologist.
Responsibilities:- Variety of technical duties
- Writing, updating and approving finished product specifications for brands and retail customers
- Ensuring technical information and artwork meets current food regulations
- Liase with internal and external customers
To be successful you will need to be analytical with a high attention to detail, be proactive with a getting it right first-time attitude and have the ability to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team.
You will have excellent communication skills, have the ability to approach work in a systematic, logical and organised way to meet critical deadlines. Your personal attributes will include being computer literate, sound judgment, good numerical skills and flexibility.
Full training will be given however previous experience with Retailer specifications systems gained in a similar role within the food industry would be an advantage.
Working hours: Monday -Friday 8:30- 17:00
