Global Accounting Network are partnered with a growing manufacturing company. Their business spans across UK and Ireland.

They are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support their finance team and contribute to their success.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day accounts payable responsibilities of a specific entity, ensuring that all vendor invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage the full accounts payable cycle for the given entity, including matching invoices with purchase orders, verifying amounts, and ensuring timely payment.
  • Ensure accuracy of all transactions on financial systems.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and prepare month-end reports.
  • Handle queries from vendors and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.
  • Some AR resonsibilities and support where necesarry

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in an FMCG/Manufacturing enviroment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with different teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
