Are you an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant looking for a new opportunity? We’re recruiting for a fantastic company in Leeming Bar that values accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to finance administration.

The Role:

  • Oversee daily sales ledger operations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process and issue credit notes efficiently across the ledger.
  • Ensure customers receive the necessary invoices, statements, and credit notes in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Assist with general finance administration when required.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in a sales ledger or finance administration role.
  • Proficiency in Sage and Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
