We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our team in the law enforcement sector.
The position is on-site in Northallerton and involves providing technical support for ICT equipment and applications.
Candidates should have experience working in a busy ICT service desk and knowledge of incident and request fulfillment processes.
An ITIL Foundation qualification is desirable, as well as experience in the public sector and emergency services.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have a proven background as a Service Desk Analyst.

About the role: You will be responsible for providing technical support responding to enquires, evaluating, and resolving issues relating to ICT equipment, infrastructure and applications via phone, in person and self service

Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven Service Desk Analyst background, with the following skills/ experience:

Experience of working in an ICT service desk function within a busy multidisciplined ICT service.
Knowledge of incident and request fulfilment processes.
ITIL Foundation Qualifications (Desirable).
Experience of public sector including procurement and ideally in an emergency service (Desirable).
