Salary: £57,330 per annum

Imperial Recruitment Group are working with a leading manufacturer in Leeming Bar who are looking to appoint a Site Engineering Specialist
Duties:
To lead significant breakdowns in your work area through to completion, including identifying and eradicating root causes
To lead assist and advise on small to medium scale projects with the shift engineering and operational teams.
To deliver large projects individually or working as part of a multi-functional team.
Work with the maintenance planner to develop planned maintenance systems for plant within your specialist areas.
To diagnose faults where required and assist and lead breakdowns where your skill set is required.
To plan and manage your day to day duties, issues and projects to ensure timescales are agreed and met when necessary.
To develop other capable engineers and apprentices in your specialist field, to ensure the site has the ability to fault diagnose at all times when operational.
Production output will always be prioritised and you may be asked to perform various tasks, breakdowns or compliance issues, to ensure continuation of production.
Any other duty which may be deemed necessary in order to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements:
Engineering background and experience.
Organised and logical approach to work.
Multi skilled background in maintenance engineering
Ability to interact with external support.
