- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of key projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Documentation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
