The RoleExecutive Assistant to Director LevelAn exciting new role has been created for an experienced Executive Assistant to support directors at a senior level. This position will involve extensive diary and email management, coordinating effectively with various stakeholders and Executive Assistants across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level executive and administrative support with minimal supervision, including:
  • Managing expense reports
  • Preparing meeting minutes and tracking action items
  • Handling document management and project support
  • Draft and contribute to board and committee papers, as well as departmental communications
  • Brief directors on the objectives of upcoming meetings and supply necessary background materials
  • Organize and oversee travel arrangements as needed
