We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Operatives to join our client in the Bedale area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various manufacturing processes, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working in a chilled environment

6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

Driving is essential due to the location / no public transport

Duties

- Operate machinery and equipment in a factory setting- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality- Perform quality checks on finished products- Package and label products for shipment- Maintain a clean and organised work area

Requirements

- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment preferred- Mechanical knowledge to operate machinery and equipment- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles for food safety- Familiarity with food production processes and regulations
