Band 6 Care Coordinator – NYYS AMH HHR Perinatal Team (Northallerton, NHS)

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Band 6 Care Coordinator to join the NYYS AMH HHR Perinatal Team, working within the NHS in Northallerton. Key Details:
- Position: Band 6 Care Coordinator – Perinatal Team
- Location: Northallerton (Hybrid role with parking available nearby)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Contract Length: 3–6 months (ongoing)
- Start Date: December 2024 – January 2025
- Pay Rate: £25–£28 per hour
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals and families during the perinatal period. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team known for its compassionate, person-centered approach and its commitment to delivering innovative mental health care. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Care Coordinator.
- Expertise in mental health and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Qualification as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist (OT), or Social Worker (SW).
