My client is hiring an Health & Safety Technician to support their growing food manufacturing business. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing experience looking to advance their careers in a respected company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety regulations.
  • Investigate accidents and compile reports.
  • Verify contractor documentation.
  • Facilitate safety training and compliance reporting.
  • Oversee fire safety measures and routine safety inspections.
  • Support H&S and ESG initiatives across the site.
  • Maintain Health & Safety notice boards and manage PPE supplies.

Required Skills:

  • Strong commitment to Health, Safety & Environmental standards.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to influence and work independently with confidence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
