As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Head of HR and the wider HR team to support the implementation of HR / OD policies and procedures while building proactive partnerships across the organisation, providing advice and guidance through the full employee lifecycle.
This role is agile, working for a 37-hour week. Responsibilities include:
- Partner with managers to support them with best practice during the full employee lifecycle
- Coach managers on HR policies and procedures while providing advice and guidance on people issues
- Manage Employee Relation case work
- Supporting restructures, change and TUPE projects
- Review and develop policy and procedures in line with best practice
- Work with the Head of HR to implement the people strategy
- Analysing metrics and data reporting on the internal HR system
What you'll need to succeed
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Experience working in an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role previous
- Experience working in a unionised environment (desirable)
- Experience managing complex ER cases
- Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law
- Knowledge of systems
- CIPD L.5 or L.7 qualified
