2nd Line Support Engineer

2nd Line Support Engineer required for a multinational food manufactoring business. The role will require the successful candidate to provide IT support for any issues that may arise across the business. Ensure that production IT services are available for production lines and server infrastructure remains available to support all departments. We are looking for candidates with experience of the following experience - 

• At least 2 years’ experience in a 2nd line support role
• A high standard of interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information
• Proven ability to adapt to a changing working environment with a flexible approach to working
• Excellent broad understanding of current and new IT concepts, technologies, and trends
• Experience of working with IT Service Management tools
• Experience in network configuration 
• Experience in all core MS technology 
• VMare / ESXi
