- Provide support to the business on critical systems including EDI, labelling and interfaces between systems and other functions
- User assistance/training to get the best out of the systems
- Manage support issues with internal and external service partners and customers
- Be fully involved in application system projects and improvements - taking the lead where needed
- Provide documentation where required
- Strong technical experience in the area of ERP applications
- Comfortable managing a busy workload of multiple and varied projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills - ability to communicate appropriately with IT users at all levels and IT suppliers
- Customer focused alongside excellent communication skills.
