The CompanyNigel Wright Tech are delighted to be working with an expanding manufacturing business in their search for a Senior IT Systems Analyst. The RoleThe company have recently gone through a largescale ERP transformation project and you will be involved with supporting users on the new system and supporting the development of the system in line with business process. The role will cover all elements of the business, including but not limited to: production, logistics, sales, finance, planning, procurement, master data, quality and process. Key responsibilities include: 
  • Provide support to the business on critical systems including EDI, labelling and interfaces between systems and other functions
  • User assistance/training to get the best out of the systems 
  • Manage support issues with internal and external service partners and customers 
  • Be fully involved in application system projects and improvements - taking the lead where needed 
  • Provide documentation where required 
The RequirementsThis is an exciting role whereby you will have touchpoints across the whole organisation. Full support and training provided. The role will be based onsite and will involve some European travel. Key requirements include: 
  • Strong technical experience in the area of ERP applications 
  • Comfortable managing a busy workload of multiple and varied projects simultaneously 
  • Strong communication skills - ability to communicate appropriately with IT users at all levels and IT suppliers 
  • Customer focused alongside excellent communication skills.
