We are currently working on behalf of a highly respected legal practice to find a proactive and detail-focused Legal Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a legal or professional services environment who is confident working with digital dictation and providing a high standard of administrative support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Audio typing of legal correspondence, documents, and reports via digital dictation
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents accurately and efficiently
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Filing, photocopying, and general office administration
  • Diary management and client appointment scheduling
  • Supporting solicitors and fee earners with day-to-day admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal setting
  • Fast, accurate audio typing and strong dictation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document formatting
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
