This is an exciting opportunity for supply chain professionals looking to join a growing business in the region.The RoleReporting into the Head of Operations, this role will take accountability for Inventory, internal supply and Stock control, managing a team across both warehousing and stock management some of the key responsibilities will be:•    To lead the stock control function across raw materials, ambient and chilled ingredients, bulk material, packaging, returnable equipment and finished goods.•    To lead the goods in team to ensure on time in full supply of goods to process and production lines.•    To lead inventory management of stock at external warehouses.•    Lead all audited and non-audited stock takes, analyse results and present to senior leadership.•    Lead stock meetings with customers, identifying any issues and driving improvements.•    To mentor and develop team, driving standards with aim to develop future leaders.•    To lead the functions in ensuring all Health and Safety and Quality processes and policies are met.The PersonThis is a pivotal role, where the successful candidate will be delivering industry-leading levels of performance, accuracy, and safety in a fast-growing Company. Key qualities and attributes we are looking for:•    Demonstrable experience in a stock management role•    Ability to demonstrate leadership skills across functions.•    Excellent communication skills.•    Detailed and analytical.•    Able to maintain a flexible and positive attitude to the needs of the business.•    Willing to assist other Team Members, offering help and sharing knowledge whenever possible.
