Both experienced and suitable graduate candidates will be considered.Key Responsibilities as a Procurement and Production Planner:• Daily issuing and managing of production plans• Analysing and adapting customer forecasts• Communicating changes in production plans to stakeholders• Attending and participating in production meetings• Maintaining stock levels and ensuring accurate planning• Calculating material requirements and placing orders with suppliers• Tracking and confirming purchase orders• Managing potential stock-outs and expediting orders• Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams• Providing general administrative support What We’re Looking For:• A graduate or an individual with experience within Procurement and/or Supply Planning • Excellent communication and organisational skills• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks• Team player with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility In order to be successful as a Procurement and Production Planner, you will have strong mathematical skills and thrive in a busy environment where each day will bring new challenges and opportunities.
