My client, based in Leeming Bar, is a vibrant and thriving business who are looking to add to their administration and project team.

As the appointed Project Assistant, you will offer administrative support and assistance to several directors. You will be organised, proactive, and committed to ensuring the efficient execution of all aspects of the role. Additionally, you will provide holiday coverage for another department head.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing product for in-house Photo and Video shoots
  • Providing cover for Head of Department when necessary
  • 70% of this role is Desk Based & 30% is an active hands-on product support role.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
