My client is recruiting for an Administrator to join their team in a part-time role, ideally 20-25 hours per week over 4 or 5 days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls, monitor emails, and greet showroom visitors.
  • Open and distribute post; handle daily trips to the post box.
  • Update records and databases; maintain paper filing systems.
  • Type and send quotes; collate and send customer contracts.
  • Register completed jobs online with relevant bodies.
  • Manage office supplies and order factory stock as needed.
  • Log remedial calls and schedule engineers' work
