As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will be instrumental in the financial operations of the company. This vital position supports the company’s swift growth by ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes at month-end. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration: Work closely with finance team members to ensure precise cost and income capture during month-end activities.
- Financial Preparation: Manage accruals, prepayments, fixed asset adjustments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Strategic Support: Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and preparing for year-end statutory reporting.
- Cross-functional Engagement: Coordinate with merchandising/procurement and commercial teams for accurate information and reporting.
- Process Enhancement: Aid in the development and implementation of robust financial processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Manage foreign tax/VAT compliance and other account administration tasks.
You are a dynamic, part-qualified finance professional (CIMA/ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You excel in fast-paced environments and are proficient with IT software, particularly MS Office and Excel. Your standout qualities include:
