Audit Senior - NorthamptonSalary: £32,000 - £44,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, leading audit assignments, and mentoring junior team members while developing their own technical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading audits from planning to completion for a diverse client portfolio
  • Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Supervising and mentoring junior members of the audit team
  • Building strong client relationships and providing expert advice
  • Identifying and resolving audit issues efficiently
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
  • At least three years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
  • Strong experience in audit, including leading assignments
  • Excellent technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
