Financial Accountant

The Financial Accountant role is an opportunity to take the lead on the UK entity for all financial reports. This position requires skills in financial reporting, audit and preparing accounts.

Description

• Prepare and present financial reports.
• Develop strategies to improve financial performance.
• Monitor and manage company investments and reserves.
• Acting as the key point of contact for external auditors
• Working on the audit for multiple entities
• Getting involved in month end activities as and when required
• Occasional involvement in pension accounting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage and support auditing processes.

Profile

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

• An ACA/ ACCA accountant
• Ideally someone making their first or second move into industry from practice
• Proficiency in accounting software - excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a team player mindset.

Job Offer

• A competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.
