What you'll do:
As a Financial Accountant, your role will be pivotal in delivering month-end reports, preparing year-end statutory accounts under FRS102, VAT reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and liaising with third-party advisors on tax returns.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end reporting.
- Be a key contact for the external audit, ensuring appropriate support is available.
- Liaise with third-party advisors in relation to tax returns.
- Responsible for VAT reporting and associated controls.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to ensure all transactions are reported appropriately.
What you bring:
- Part qualified or a finalist in (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and actively studying
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in multi-currency, B2B businesses preferable
- Ability to understand detail but also provide big picture insight to senior stakeholders
