This exciting role offers you the opportunity to contribute to a growing finance team, while also advancing your professional development in a supportive and collaborative environment.

In this Financial Controller role, you will:

Oversee year end responsibilities, being fully involved in managing the statutory accounts.
Manage a team of four, upskilling and training them. You should use excellent verbal and written communication skills to achieve this.
Be the central point of contact for everything audit, including managing the interim internal process.
Work closely with both external and internal stakeholders to improve processes and enhance efficiency within the finance department.

The ideal candidate will have:

Had full ownership of the year end process, being well adept at managing statutory accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
Strong people management skills, being able to approach each situation in a fair but firm manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Be a fully CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified accountant.
