This is a brilliant opportunity to start a new job as soon as next week. You will be working for a new and growing business who have been through a recent merger. The finance team are fun, friendly and hardworking and really care and take pride in their work. The company are looking for an experienced Management Accountant who can support the team with P&L production and reporting, cashflows as well as other month end duties for holiday cover summer period. The interim assignment is likely to be 6-8 weeksThis job will suit a Qualified/ QBE Management Accountant/ Finance Manager. - Journals
- Variance analysis
- Assisting with her preparation of monthly Management Accounts
- P&L reporting and forecasting
- Presenting in senior management meetings
- Preparation of month end accounts
- Reporting to the Financial Controller
- Weekly reports
- Quarterly cashflow reports
- Budget setting and analysis
- Balance sheet reporting
- Month end reporting
Person: - Qualified in ACCA/ CIMA/ACA or equivalent, or Qualified by Experience
- Good communicator
- Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant/ Management Accountant/ Financial Accountant, or similar role
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Assertive, as you will need to speak with many non-accounts managers across the business to gather information which will be essential for this role
