Our client, an iconic, prestigious brand leader is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.

This is a fast paced role that offers personal development within a global business.

You will be working closely with the Financial Accountant to monitor, record and provide accurate financial information relating to cash management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Management of group sales orders, pro-formas, invoicing
• Inter-group sales and purchase ledger transactions
• Purchase orders and invoice management
• Bank receipts and supplier payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Month end sales figures/margins reporting
• Assisting with production of management accounts

Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ purchase ledger or accounts payable experience, be IT literate, able to organise a high volume workload and be keen to learn and develop. If you have multi-currency experience that would be a benefit but not essential.

This role is within commuting distance of places such as Northampton, Daventry and Rugby and you should have your own transport.
