Robert Half is representing a dynamic, growing business looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for reporting and analysis, keen attention to detail, and a desire to grow their career within a fast-paced environment.

You'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate sales reporting, financial analysis, and supporting the wider business in maximising profitability. The role involves working closely with a high-performing sales team and regularly engaging with senior stakeholders, including the Finance Director and Board Members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and analyse sales data, providing real-time performance insights to senior management
  • Ensure accuracy of sales transactions and lender commission policies
  • Support the preparation of regular sales reporting and assist in decision-making with insightful analysis
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely supplier payments
  • Support the Management Accountant with internal expenses and aged debtors review
  • Assist in the administration of own book payouts and other finance-related duties

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales reporting and financial analysis
  • Familiarity with financial software and CRM systems; Xero experience is a plus
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
