Sonic Summary

This is a temporary Assistant Accountant position with potential for permanency at a growing business in Northampton.
The role is suitable for graduates or individuals studying AAT, CIMA, or ACCA, as well as those qualified by experience (QBE).
The responsibilities include reconciliations, month-end reporting, and working with complex Excel spreadsheets.
Candidates should have a strong Excel proficiency and good communication skills, with a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per year.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred for this position.

Producing P&L reports
Balance sheet reconciliations
Analysing variants
Making suggestions based on your analysis
Assisting with purchase ledger
Working with complex Excel Spreadsheets

Person:

AAT Qualified/ Studier / Finance & Accounting BA/ BSc Graduate/ CIMA/ ACCA studier/ non studier – QBE (qualified by experience)
Looking to progress your career or remain at this level, both options are possible in this role
Confident on Excel including Pivot tables, V-lookups and SUM IF’s
Good communicator
Able to work on your own initiative
