Administrator Salary - £22,170.38 per annumHours –  8am to 4.30pm Monday to FridayLocation – NorthamptonAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a busy office team You will need to be efficient, adaptable and deliver excellent customer service. This role involves supporting the needs and everyday operations and administration of the team, as well as supporting with the administration of events, trips and visits.You will have excellent written and spoken communication skills, work well under pressure and enjoy all aspects of organisational and administrative work. You will read people well, be good both in person and on the telephone, be well organised, flexible and reliable. You will have excellent office skills and are proficient in using Excel, Word and Publication software, and be willing to be trained on the Information Management System, Arbor. Recent, relevant experience would be an advantage but is not essential.Key Responsibilities • To use initiative in carrying out organisational and administrative tasks associated with the support role, including themanagement of resources• To provide communication and clerical support • To input and manage data• To undertake additional professional duties that may be reasonably negotiated with the programme leader• Work with the wider team to review processes and systems and to develop new ideas to ensure highlyeffective administration support is provided• To action communications using internal systems• To use the visit platforms to complete the administration of trips and visits• To support users using IPAY.• To facilitate communication via CPOMs
