Our client, a professional membership organisation is recruiting for a temporary Administrative Executive.

The purpose of the role is to support and deliver objectives, working collaboratively with all other parts of the organisation as required and enhancing the membership and learner experience by ensuring you provide the highest standard of customer service.  You will have particular focus on administrative activities in line with their qualifications whilst being flexible in your approach to other team activities.

Main Responsibilities of the Administrative Executive:

  • Process learner registrations and certifications on the management system (Quartz).
  • Input candidate details, process exam requests, marking, results and tracking.
  • Provide administration support to the Quality Assurance Team when required.
  • Respond to email enquiries, assist with other administration and general office duties as required.
  • Respond and action enquiries from members, learners, and other customers of the organisation via phone and email.
  • Post duties, including receiving incoming and sending out post daily.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to schedule and prioritise own work against set processes to meet deadlines.
  • Strong administration skills including excellent attention to detail.
  • Team player, self-motivated, process driven and a confident communicator.
  • Resilient and organised under pressure.
  • A ‘customer first’ attitude with clear customer service skills and a polite and professional phone manner
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office software particularly Outlook, Word and Excel, which is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience of using iMIS and Quartz would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Experience of working in a regulated setting.
  • Flexible allrounder who is keen to learn and happy to step out of core role to take on additional tasks.
