Client Account Handler   Northampton £23,500 per annum starting salary 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday  Our well established and growing client are currently seeking a Client Liaison Officer to join their experienced team due to continued business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to learn new processes following completion of training.The successful candidate will have previous customer service and administrative experience from within an office environment, the ability and willingness to learn while also being passionate about high standards of service.In return, our client can offer a vibrant, friendly office environment, development opportunities and a welcoming team environment.Key Duties:
  • Liaising with our clients via phone, email and various other methods, to assist with any queries or updates they may have.
  • Supporting client managers with internal and external requirements.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new clients as required.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve queries.
  • Assist in the completion of case monitoring.
  • Promoting continuous improvement to procedures and processes.
  • Assisting with various client reports to ensure files remain up to date and are efficiently managed.
Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience from a customer service role is essential from within an office environment.
  • Previous experience working towards and understanding SLAs/KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • IT literacy
  • Confident and professional attitude in a range of settings.
  • Ability to correctly extract information from file notes to deal with any client calls efficiently.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, making sound decisions on the development of  the files.
  • Team Player and self-motivated with the flexibility to adapt in all situations.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise efficiently.
  • Impeccable attention to detail
The Offering:
  • 35 hours per week between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00 – Monday-Friday
