- Liaising with our clients via phone, email and various other methods, to assist with any queries or updates they may have.
- Supporting client managers with internal and external requirements.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new clients as required.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve queries.
- Assist in the completion of case monitoring.
- Promoting continuous improvement to procedures and processes.
- Assisting with various client reports to ensure files remain up to date and are efficiently managed.
- Prior experience from a customer service role is essential from within an office environment.
- Previous experience working towards and understanding SLAs/KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- IT literacy
- Confident and professional attitude in a range of settings.
- Ability to correctly extract information from file notes to deal with any client calls efficiently.
- Ability to work on own initiative, making sound decisions on the development of the files.

- 35 hours per week between the hours of 09:00 – 17:00 – Monday-Friday
- £23,500 per annum starting salary
