Our client based in Northamptonshire require a Customer Service Operations Co-ordinator to join the office to provide administrative support to the engineering team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team as directed by the Customer Service Manager/Team leader.
  • Provide administrative support of the Technical Services Department Vehicle Fleet as and when required.
  • Management of Engineers Uniform & PPE.
  • Coordinate the allocation and distribution of shared tools.
  • Ensure all test and service equipment requiring calibration is calibrated within required timescales with minimal disruption to planned work.
  • Procurement.
  • Produce all installation kits, according to the specification provided by Project Managers / Lead Engineers.
  • Supporting the Customer Service Manager with the organisation of Department Meetings.
  • Participate as a member of the Technical Services team, providing support to other team members where required.
  • Put forward ideas and assist in the development of standards and procedures to assist in the overall development of the department and company.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service background.
  • Experience is key.
  • Easily adaptable to any challenges and fast-moving environment.
  • Office 365.
