- Regular communication with couriers, suppliers and internal team
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Coordinate and manage accommodation, travel and diary arrangements.
- Place orders with the appropriate suppliers and create purchase orders.
- Generate and issue invoices to clients.
- Provide administrative support for projects as required.
