Part-Time Administrator (Temporary Sickness Cover) 2 days per week for 6 weeks, with potential for extension £12.30 per hour Location: NN4 SF Recruitment is currently seeking a highly efficient and organised Part-Time Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis, covering a period of sick leave. As a valued member of our Professional Services team, you will collaborate with various departments and ensure the smooth processing of learner applications while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Process learner registrations and certifications using the Quartz system - Input candidate details onto Quartz for Continuing Competence provision - Manage exam requests, marking, results, and tracking - Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance Team - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed - Respond to enquiries from members, learners, and other customers via phone and email - Handle daily mail duties, including receiving and sending post Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will take ownership of ensuring efficient customer service, operational delivery, and data management.
