About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and experienced School Administrator to join our team for a part-time role. The successful candidate will support the smooth running of the school office and assist with daily administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in a similar role, especially within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Supporting the school staff with student data management using SIMS (School Information Management System).
  • Assisting with pupil attendance, admissions, and parent communications.
  • Providing administrative support to the Headteacher and other staff as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably within a school environment).
  • Proficiency in using SIMS is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
