Pertemps is currently recruiting for a Student Administrator for our client based Nothampton.
Salary: 22,308.00
Hours: 8:30-5:30pm
Duties:
- Checking in and out visitors to ensure that the safe guarding policy is being upheld
- Handing customer inquiries
- Maintaining all the post
- Ordering office equipment and stationery
- Photo copying,finishing of documents
- Providing customer service and answering inbound calls
Requirements:
- Previous to experience within front of house of customer service
- Excellent IT skills and able to use Microsoft packages
- Excellent customer service skills
