The Role:

  • Engage in PFMEA/Lesson Learnt activities, shaping the future of powertrain technology.
  • Craft Pre-launch & Production control plans, ensuring excellence from inception to execution.
  • Drive completion of AMS check sheets and develop LWIs for enhanced efficiency.
  • Spearhead SIR completion for engine assembly, setting the standard for quality.
  • Influence PQS & Component specifications to meet stringent quality benchmarks.
  • Champion PPAP processes and serve as the primary liaison for customer and internal quality concerns.
  • Lead the fault reporting system and conduct comprehensive Process Audits to uphold standards.


What do I need?

  • 3+ years' experience as a Quality Engineer in a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and quality standards.
  • Expertise in APQP and PPAP processes, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and techniques such as SPC, 8D, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Understanding of recognized quality systems like AS9100/ISO9001.
