A well-established architectural firm is looking for a talented and driven Architect to join their dynamic team in Northampton. With a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, education, and residential sectors, the practice delivers projects across all RIBA stages.

As an Architect, you will play a key role in shaping projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs align with client expectations and comply with UK building regulations. The ideal candidate will have significant post-qualification experience and a strong creative flair.

Experience, Responsibilities and Skills for the role of Architect:

  • Qualified Architect with substantial post-Part 3 experience
  • ARB registration required
  • In-depth knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Provide mentorship to junior staff, supporting their career growth
  • Oversee projects through all RIBA stages, from initial design to final delivery
  • Strong design, technical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Produce high-quality design and technical drawings
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
