A renowned architectural practice is seeking a motivated and passionate Project Architect to join their experienced team in Northampton. The practice has a vibrant portfolio full of commercial, education and residential projects and provide services through all RIBA stages.

The successful Project Architect will be responsible for leading projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring that designs meet client expectations and adhere current UK building regulations. You will have significant experience post qualification and creative design flare.

Experience, Responsibilities and Skills for the role of Project Architect:

  • Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
  • ARB registered
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure a successful project outcome
  • Support junior members of staff with their career progression
  • Manage and lead architectural projects through all stages, from concept design to final delivery
  • Exceptional design, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, leadership and team management abilities
  • Create high-quality design and technical drawings
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Northampton
  • Revit proficiency is essential
