At Penguin Recruitment, one of our long term clients whom we have a fantastic relationship with is eagerly searching for an Asbestos Surveyor to join their UKAS accredited, dedicated and supportive Team in and around the Reading/Berkshire area to work on a number of Domestic sites (and some Commercial too).

The business is run by an independent owner who is actively involved with the day to day running of the company, everyone at the company management has been on the tools so they understand the frustrations and how to make it easiest for you.

Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:

Carrying out rigorous asbestos surveys within all three survey types.
Identifying and assessing any risk in asbestos containing materials
Communicate precisely to clients including recommendations on how to move forward
Ensure project deadlines are continuously met through efficient and thorough work.

Experience required for an Asbestos Surveyor who wants o join:

A minimum of 6 months is important so they can trust you will be okay to be left to work independently. Having the P402 or equivalent of is industry standard so make sure it is on the CV you send over to me! Having a working IT knowledge that allows you to trouble shoot will impress
