Job Title: Asset Investment Manager
Location: Northampton
We are looking for an experienced Asset Investment Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on delivering a key annual asset investment programme. The successful candidate will oversee the management of contracts, performance, and budgets, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver asset investment projects, ensuring customer needs are prioritized.
  • Oversee the management of contracts and ensure compliance across asset and estate management services.
  • Drive performance improvement and provide leadership to ensure effective delivery of investment programmes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet local demand and provide cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage the budget for the investment programme, ensuring financial control and identifying variances.


Essential Skills:

  • Experience in asset investment, project management, and contract delivery.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and service delivery improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of the housing sector, building construction, and property maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.


Desirable:

  • Qualification in project management or related field.
  • Experience with multi-site service management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Full clean UK Driving Licence.
