Asset Manager

MMP Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and motivated Asset Investment Manager to lead a team in delivering an annual residential asset investment programme worth 25million in Northamptonshire.

The position is to start as soon as possible on a permanent basis at 56,250 per annum. This role will include estate regeneration, component replacement, major works, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to ensure the successful delivery of asset investment projects, putting customers first at all times.
• Oversee contract management, performance, and budget control.
• Work closely with the Asset Strategy Team to align investment activities with wider organisational goals.
• Lead on organisational change, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure effective project management.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of building construction and property maintenance.
• HND in building, construction or qualified by experience.
• Proven experience managing asset investment programmes and multi-site services.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive performance improvements.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
