IT Asset Manager (End User Devices)

£350.00 per day inside IR35

Hybrid working - 3 days on site in Northampton

We are currently seeking anIT Asset Managerto join a dynamic team based inNorthamptonon ahybridworking model. This role focuses on the management and maintenance of end-user devices, such as laptops, mobiles, PCs, monitors, iPads, and more. This is an exciting 6-month contract with an ASAP start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of existing end-user devices.
  • Assist in writing and rewriting policies related to asset management.
  • Oversee the management of hardware for joiners and leavers, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Facilitate the recycling and refurbishment process of used equipment.
  • Ensure proper classification, labelling, and record-keeping of all devices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in asset management, particularly with end-user devices.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to classify and manage hardware.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
