Sales Progressor - Northampton

As an Administrator / Sales Progressor you will be responsible for managing and coordinating property sales transactions, liaising with clients, buyers, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure a successful an timely completion. This role requires a detail orientated individual with excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Progression : Oversee and manage the entire sales progression process, from offer acceptance to exchange and completion
  • Client communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, buyers, solicitors and other relevant parties to provide updates and ensure a smooth transaction
  • Problem solving: Identify ad resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the sales process, ensuring minimal delays
  • Legal Compliance: Stay up to date with property law and regulations to ensure all transactions are conducted legally and ethically
  • Negotiations: Handle negotiations and mediations between clients and buyers to address and concerns or disputes.
  • Pipeline management: Manage a portfolio of property sales, keeping track of progress and deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Other: Taking calls, giving feedback to vendors, on some occasions attending viewings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role withing the property industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and tie management abilities.
  • A proactive and solutions-focussed mindset.
  • Proficient in IT.
  • Some knowledge of property law and legislation preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Basic £26,000 to £28,000 DOE £30,000 OTE

Hours Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm

1 in 3 Saturdays -    9:00am - 5:00pm
