In this office-based role you will be responsible for resolving and issues regarding breakdowns and defects, and managing the spend on this. Alongside this you will be answering ongoing service queries, working within a team of 8 in a welcoming office environment.

This role would suit a Workshop Controller or an HGV Technician looking for a role based in a small, close knit office where they will take charge of coordinating breakdowns and servicing for a nationwide company.The Role:

  • Resolving breakdowns and defects for HGVs
  • Answering ongoing service queries
  • Office based, in a team of 8
  • Monday - Friday, start 8-9am, finish 5-6pm, 1 hour lunch

The Person:

  • HGV Technician or NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
  • Looking for a fully office-based role
