Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location - Northampton
Salary - Competitive depending on experience
Our client is now looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Mortgage sales team in Northampton. The role is hybrid, 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for the first nationwide provider of end-to-end debt and property recovery services.
Some of your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Verify legal titles to all freehold and leasehold properties and be able to identity title/property issues
- Have strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Manage a workload effectively
- Handle difficult telephone conversations
- Comply with all regulatory requirements
Skills and qualifications
- Desirable - Legal qualification or working towards LLB/SQE
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience within Conveyancing or in an Conveyancing environment
- Be able to work on own initiative
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
