Finance Administrator
Our award-winning client is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team.
The role is offered with hybrid working, study support and career progression potential.
You will be working closely with the Commercial Finance team, dealing with well known brands in this fast-paced position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and checking invoices relating to supply chain.
- Resolving invoice queries relating to specific brands.
- Invoice reconciliations.
- Recharges including journals.
- Updating contract information, pricing and promotions costings forms.
- Collating damage/shortage/credit return figures.
- Raising purchase orders for TP spend.
- Supporting the finance team with project work.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ accounting experience, with skills including purchase ledger and reconciliations. You will have excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail and be keen to learn.
