Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk
Our client is seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a part time basis.
Hours will be approximately 14-16 per week and ideally across 4 days but there is flexibility.
You will be working as part of a small team and will be solely responsible for the control and maintenance of the purchase ledger function.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coding and posting invoices onto Pegasus Opera system.
- Posting project costs.
- Processing BACS payments and agreeing schedule of payments.
- Supplier statement and bank reconciliations.
- Setting up direct debits and standing orders.
- Setting up new supplier accounts.
- Resolving purchase ledger queries in a timely manner.
- Month end reporting to senior management.
You should have previous purchase ledger/accounts payable experience with excellent organisation, communication and IT literacy skills. You will be a strong team player and happy to help out where required.
