Heygates, a family-run business with decades of experience in flour milling, is a leading contributor to the UK flour and milling industry. They are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their 15-strong finance team at their picturesque Headquarters on the outskirts of Bugbrooke, Northamptonshire.Purchase Ledger Administrator duties and responsibilities:• Invoice entry and approval• Setting up new suppliers• Processing BACs payments• Daily control reports• Goods receipt reports• Dealing with both internal & external queries• Liaising with suppliers• Updating of haulage details• Processing of trade account applications• Processing of farmer contracts and claims• General administration duties to support the wider teamThe person:• Experienced in Purchase Ledger or a similar role• Takes pride in maintaining accuracy in Purchase Ledger administration• Organised and structured in their approach to work• Enjoys collaborating within a team environment• Experience in a similar role• Confident in using Outlook with knowledge of ExcelBenefits/ additional information:• Work for a successful & established company• 36.25 hours per week• 1hour 15min lunch break• Contributory pension• 24 days holiday + public holidays• Free on-site parkingThis is a Warner Exclusive role which means it is retained with Warner Recruitment Ltd.If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact Julie or Karen at Warner Recruitment.
